Q: How to pay for my order?
A: You can pay for your order by PayPal, Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay, and once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

Q: Can I return the order?
A: Yes, Within 5 days if you are not satisfied, or the color does not fit, you can send it back for exchange.

 

Q: Can I modify or cancel the order after placing?
A: If contact us within 2 hours after your payment finished, 10% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.
2. If after 2 hours, 20% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handing fee.

A: Yes, our hair extensions are made with human hair, they can be straightened, curled, Treat the hair as if it is your own,

 

Q: Can I wash hair extensions?
A: Yes, the hair extension can be washed, but wash method must correct for the hair.

 

Q: How do you clip in Mikhair hair extensions?
A: Mikhair clip in hair extensions attach securely to your hair with small clips that are sewn tightly on to each weft.These clips hide right under your own hair by small snap-on clips.

 

Q: Can I Color, tone, or bleach my hair extensions
A: Our Hair Extensions are make with human hair, they can be dyed a darker color or toned by a professional hair colorist, we recommend for a one clip weft to be tester first prior to dyeing/bleach the full set to ensure that you are satisfied with the results.

 

Q: Can I sleep wearing hair extensions?
A: We don't recommend to wear hair extensions while sleeping, as this can cause excessive tangling with both your hair and the extensions, it will damage your extensions.

Q: How long does it last?
A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer

 

Q: Why are my extensions getting tangled?
A: When dryness, oil and dirt built-up. Your hair extensions may get tangled, Besides, exposure to salty water or Chloride cause tangle as well. Please use wide-toothed comb to brush hair daily to prevent tangle.

 

Q: How many bundles can be make a full head?
A: If you want a full effect, 3-4 bundles will be recommended, 3 hair bundles with a closure is also a good choice.
